A southbound truck crashed into a car and caught fire on U.S. Hwy. 61 about 12:30 p.m. Friday about two miles south of La Moille, killing the driver of the car, according to Winona County Sheriff Dave Brand. Brand said the driver of the semi escaped the fire.
